Appendix C writes this as "[In case of inadequate ventilation] wear respiratory protection." The bracketed words are used only when the chemical comes with information on what ventilation is adequate (C.2.4.5); our generated sheets don't carry that, so they print the unconditional form. Under earlier GHS revisions this appeared as P285.
