Refund Policy

Subscriptions carry a 30-day money-back guarantee; a one-off purchase is refundable until you generate your document. Questions about anything here: info@sdshq.com.

1. The short version
  • Subscriptions — any charge is refundable in full within 30 days of the date it was billed.
  • One-off documents — refundable in full until you generate the document; once generated, the sale is final.
  • Defects — a document that is genuinely broken gets fixed or refunded, whatever the timing.
  • Processing — approved refunds return to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.
2. Subscriptions
Any subscription charge — a first payment or a renewal, monthly or annual — is refundable in full within 30 days of the date it was billed. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future charges and your plan runs to the end of the period already paid. Export tools remain available for 30 days after cancellation, per our terms. A refund ends what the charge paid for: the account returns to the Free plan, and sheets authored during the refunded period lose their license for continued use.
3. One-off purchases
A single-document purchase is refundable in full at any time before you generate your document — bought it and changed your mind, just ask. Generating the document consumes the purchase: checkout asks for your express consent to deliver on that basis, and once your document is generated the sale is final. A defective document — one that fails to render or does not reflect the data you entered — will be corrected or refunded regardless of timing, and statutory rights are never affected. If a one-off purchase is refunded after delivery, the license to use the delivered document ends with the refund.
4. The free plan
The free plan bills nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Sheets you host and share on it stay yours either way.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@sdshq.com from your account email with the order or receipt number (it is on the emailed receipt). Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, within 14 days of approval. Requests that abuse the guarantee — a pattern of purchasing, using, and refunding — will be refused, as will requests showing evidence of fraud.
6. Payments partner
Checkout and billing are operated by Paddle.com as merchant of record — Paddle is the party that appears on your card statement and issues your receipt. Refund requests can also be raised with Paddle using the link on that receipt; where local law grants a mandatory refund right, nothing in this policy limits it.
