An SDS distribution portal your customers can search — no login

A distribution portal is a public web page, tied to your account, where your safety data sheets can be searched and downloaded without anyone creating an account or asking you for a file. You share one link; customers, contractors, distributors, and emergency responders self-serve from it.

It is the outward-facing companion to your internal library: the library is how your own teams find sheets across your sites, and the portal is how everyone outside your walls does.

Under OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard, a manufacturer or distributor must provide the safety data sheet to downstream employers with shipments and on request. In practice that duty gets handled by email, one PDF at a time, and the version people end up with is whatever was attached months ago — not necessarily your current sheet.

A portal makes the current sheet the one people get, on demand, without you as the bottleneck. It satisfies the "provide on request" obligation continuously, and it means a downstream employer building their own right-to-know program can always reach the authoritative version.

• On Host Plus and above you can put your own logo and colors on the portal so it reads as yours, with white-label domains available at the Enterprise level.
