Print-ready GHS labels, straight from the sheet

The label is the SDS's field copy. SDS HQ generates a workplace quick-reference label from the same record — product identifier, signal word, pictograms, and a scan-to-SDS QR code that opens the full sheet — sized for the container it's going on.

THE RULE

OSHA HazCom, 29 CFR 1910.1200(f) — containers of hazardous chemicals must be labeled, tagged, or marked with the required hazard information. A label that disagrees with the sheet is its own finding; generating both from one record keeps them in step.

How SDS HQ does it

The workplace label format — product identifier, signal word, and GHS pictograms from the sheet's record, per the 1910.1200(f)(6) workplace labeling option; the full hazard and precautionary text stays on the sheet, one scan away.
